John Patrick was raised macrobiotic and lived in a commune on the Hudson River in the 70s.
He was inspired to be a designer by
reading about Halston and leafing through W.
(Clearly that was one cool commune!)
He counts Joseph Beuys, Mother Theresa, Gertrude Stein, Germain Krull,
St. Francis, Pasolini and Tina Moddotti as his icons.
Today he and his company are always looking for ways
to protect the environment.
